Acceptable Use Policy

StarDate is for respectful, adult dating and relationship discovery. You must use it lawfully, safely and in line with these rules.

• Misrepresent yourself, use another person’s photos or identity, or create an account for someone else.
• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, stalk, exploit or otherwise abuse another person.
• Ask for or send money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, financial details, or payment credentials.
• Post, send or solicit unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, deceptive or spam content, including any content involving minors.
• Use StarDate for commercial promotion, recruitment, scams, prostitution, trafficking or any activity unrelated to genuine dating.
• Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, probe, disrupt or use automated means to access StarDate or obtain data.
• Circumvent safety controls, moderation, blocks, age checks, rate limits or access restrictions.
• Use StarDate after removal or suspension, or help another person evade an enforcement action.

You can report or block profiles and messages in the service. We may investigate reports and remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe this policy, our Terms or applicable law has been breached.

If an action is taken against your account, you may use the appeal process available in Settings when it applies.
